By purchasing and ordering through our website OrgoneGenerators.com, you agree that there is a 3 to 4 business days waiting period (Not including weekends and Holidays in the US) for payment processing, collection of funds and security checks and verifications which is the time taken to make sure that the transaction is legit and no fraud is being committed. At our discretion, we will perform additional checks on all others to prevent frauds and this may delay your order. We cannot ship any products until we have successfully collected the payment for all orders and all security checks have been passed. Once we have successfully collected payment and all security checks have been passed, then we will proceed to process your order and this order will be sent to the warehouse for processing.
The warehouse processes orders in the order they are received. Orders take between 24 and 48 hours to process and ship once received by the warehouse which is located in the United States of America. Once the warehouse has shipped your order, we are notified via email and a tracking number is given which is then forwarded to your email address on file so you can track your order online. All orders include a tracking number, no exceptions. In the event that the products you ordered are out of stock or in backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours with an option to wait for the items to be re stocked, offer you similar products or the final option of giving you a full refund if so desired. Orders that are to be shipped within the United States are sent through Priority Mail and could take between 5 and 10 days to be delivered after the order has been processed, funds collected and shipped.
Orders that are to be shipped outside the Unites States have a delivery time between 7 and 14 days after payment has been collected and all security checks done, sent to warehouse and shipped. Please take this into consideration when ordering, as payment processing and collection of funds time is separate from the actual delivery time once the order is shipped and sent out. Total estimated time for processing an order before it actually ships is around 5 business days for both National and International orders. Once your order is shipped, we have no control over the actual time frame and periods in which the Postal Office delivers packages. On International orders, these packages need to go through US Customs clearance and as well Customs clearance from your own country of final destination, and we have no control over these processes which may delay your order. You also agree by purchasing from this website that you are solely responsible for any Taxes or Duty fees imposed by your country for the import of your order. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges are accepted for a period of 7 days after receiving of product, except for software programs. No Returns or Exchanges in software and digital download sales. All digital products and sales are accessible right after receiving a successful payment. Orders returned ‘Not Called For” by Express Mail or our courier will be refunded the costs of products upon receipt, less the cost of the postage. Customers will be notified, and the order will be cancelled.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered after this period. Orders dispatched outside the US must allow 15 working days.
If an order is not received you must notify OrgoneGenerators.com in writing by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
OrgoneGenerators.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control such as natural disasters, wars, world collapse or acts of god.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, OrgoneGenerators.com will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item.
If the customer requires a fast replacement, OrgoneGenerators.com will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their second order and their return postage.
